Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

1. In no event shall NSC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or with the delay or inability to use this website, or for any information, products, and services obtained through this website, or otherwise arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Any online application using this website shall be subject to the conditions of NSC, applicable for undertaking the course.
2. While we exert reasonable efforts to ensure correct and up-to-date information on this website, NSC makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. NSC assumes no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in the content on this site. NSC endeavours to provide uninterrupted service through this website, however, NSC does not warrant or represent that use of its online application submission facility will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through the NSC website will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
3. NSC makes no representations about the suitability of the information, products, and services contained on this website for any purpose. All such information, products, and services are provided "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. NSC hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, products, and services including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
4. After the submission of Online Application in the NSC site and an Application ID number will be provided to his email id.
5. Only an Individual can apply online for a maximum of two numbers of posts. For any assistance or help, kindly contact NSC through email info@joinnsc.org.
6. Costs of the BTC Course are governed by market forces and are liable to change. Any difference in the cost of the course(s) is to be paid at NSC prior to / on commencement of the course.
7. Once applied online, the system will generate an Electronic receipt and a printable Online Application Details of the candidate. The electronic receipt and the printable Online Application Details can be viewed / printed from the Inbox or Spam folder of the candidate registered email id as it will also be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of application.

Payments

1. Payment for Online Application submission can be made through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking (direct debit) as specified below.
   1. Credit Card. Payment for Online Application submission is accepted only in INR, through transactions on any VISA and MasterCard Credit cards, issued only in India. Credit Card payment is subject to authorization from the card issuing bank. You are transacting on a website where the Merchant is based in India. Any fee imposed by Visa / MasterCard will be passed on to the card holders by the card issuing bank. Any additional fee charged by the bank, in addition to your course fees, shall be incorporated in your credit card statement. It is not charged or billed by NSC and hence will not be included in the Online Application submission.
   2. Debit Card. Payment for Online Application submission is accepted only in INR, through transactions on any VISA and MasterCard Debit cards, issued only in India.    3. Net Banking. If you have an account with any of the banks listed below, then you can pay for your course(s) securely through the respective bank's Internet banking option and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. Payment through Internet Banking is subject to successful authorization from the account holder's bank. An additional convenience fee per transaction, as levied by the banks, would also be collected. The convenience fee is not levied by NSC and is non refundable if the candidate is advancing / postponing / cancelling the BTC Course. We offer net banking services for the following banks:-

Candidate’s Application and Registration status checking

1. NSC maintains a record of all candidates undergoing BTC Course at this Institute, which is used for verification by the Government Agencies. This also facilitates candidate to register once and thereafter their information is retrieved as and when it is required by the candidates. This information is also used by NSC to re-issue certificates in the event of loss of certificates, updating any changes in particulars of the candidate, etc. To enjoy these benefits an on-line application system, you are requested to apply and obtain a unique Registration ID number. On applying an Online Application Details of the candidate will be sent to your registered email id.
2. Your unique Registration ID number and Date of Birth are confidential and should not be revealed to any person to prevent misuse. In order to retain the status of your application submission, please access the Result tab on the NSC website, and search with Registration ID number and Date of Birth.
3. We request you to access the ‘RESULT’ tab on the NSC website regularly to get updated of your application status for at least once in a week.

Responsibility

1. As a Candidate of this website and its online facilities: -
   1. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this service, and you possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this service.
   2. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this service by you and those using their personal information.
   3. You will supervise all usage of the online application facility under your name.
   4. You warrant that all information supplied by you in applying the form are true and accurate.
   5. Candidate in his own interest is requested to confirm this information from NSC in case of any doubts.

ADVANCE ADMISSION FOR THE BTC COURSE: CANDIDATE CAN TAKE ADMISSION IN ADVANCE IN BTC COURSE TO AN EARLIER DATE PROVIDED VACANCY EXISTS AT RS 5000 (EXCLUDING 18% GST CHARGE & ALL GATEWAY CHARGES) PER COURSE. ADVANCING IS DONE ONLY ONCE AND THERAFTER, NO MORE CHANGES (CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT) WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY: CANDIDATE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POSTPONE THE  COURSE. AFTER ADMISSION, NO ADVANCEMENT / CANCELLATION / FURTHER POSTPONEMENT ARE ENTERTAINED.
